Poorly stocked breakfast. Reluctant to give extra towels. Pool was locked and Ac was off. When I asked the staff why the pool was locked they informed me teenaged were in it. It appeared they were cutting corners at the guests expense. I will never return. First time I used booking site. Very disappointed.

The location is fantastic, just a mile away from Memorial Stadium, and the rooms are clean and include a sleeper couch and good shower facilities. The price of the room was a good value.

There were tiles in our bathroom that were loose due to missing grout. The toilet stool ran periodically and kept us up for two of the three nights. The hot tub was full of cold water.

The location is great, close to the Haymarket district with a nearby liquor store, and there are plenty of fresh meal options available for breakfast.

No refrigerator, tub would not drain. Garbage outside front was running over.

Upon arrival, this place offered us a spotless room with a nice bathtub, a cozy king size bed, and even a comfy sleeper couch for extra guests. Additionally, we were able to check in early and enjoy a leisurely late check-out. 😊

The front desk person when we arrived was very pleasant.

Just about everything. The main area of the hotel was stuffy and had and unpleasant smell. After a long journey to get to Lincoln, the family was looking forward to relaxing in the pool and hot tub. However the pool area smelled, the pool was cloudy and the hot tub was colder than the regular pool When we checked at the front desk about the pool water quality, we were told that the hot tub was broken and the pool chemicals were recently checked however because there was a lot of people in the pool earlier in the day it tends to get cloudy and that if we wanted, they would drain it and refill it, which would take two days. Why would we be staying there that long? HUGE disappointment. The "fan" in the bathroom was extremely wimpy and did nothing but allow the shower steam to linger for an extended amount of time. The "air conditioner" in the room was all the way down to 60 degress, yet still felt like it was over 70. The breakfast was not up to typical Baymont standards. The waffle batter seemed watered down, there were no eggs or sausage and when we inquired about the items at the front desk, they seemed annoyed by our questions. We do NOT recommend anyone staying here.

The room with a comfortable king size bed was excellent, and the staff was very helpful! I'd stay here again.

All was excellent, didn't make it to the breakfast, the pool was good. Overall no complaints.

The hotel was pretty clean.. when we got to our room. It was super cold. That was perfect because it was a hot as hell kinda day. Lol. The toilet broke while I flushed it.. look as if previous was damaged in the middle.. so we called down and told front desk about problem.. she moved us to another room right away. The breakfast was the same for sat and Sunday biscuits and gravy. That kinda sucked.. thought there been eggs, or sausage. Also the pool was super cold. Thought I read that it was heated.. not sure. Over all was a good stay..

Pool could been less cold if possible.. and breakfast could of been different and not biscuits and gravy two days in a row
